SUGAR COOKIE FUDGE
Sugar cookie fudge is a delightful treat that combines the creamy, rich texture of fudge with the classic flavors of sugar cookies. The fudge is enhanced with sprinkles and crushed sugar cookies, adding a fun, festive touch.
- 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 1/4 c. white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. sugar cookie mix
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. crushed sugar cookies
- 1/3 c. sprinkles plus extra for topping
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Line a square 8×8 pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. If using aluminum foil, coat the foil in butter or spray with cooking so the fudge releases from the foil.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk over medium heat, stirring often to prevent burning, until hot. Add the white chocolate chips and stir until melted, about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the cookie mix, butter, and salt until smooth; remove the mixture from the heat. Fold in the cookies, sprinkles, and vanilla.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Top with sprinkles. Allow it to set up completely in the refrigerator before slicing, at least 2 hours.
