SUGAR COOKIE FUDGE

SUGAR COOKIE FUDGE

Sugar cookie fudge is a delightful treat that combines the creamy, rich texture of fudge with the classic flavors of sugar cookies. The fudge is enhanced with sprinkles and crushed sugar cookies, adding a fun, festive touch.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/4 c. white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar cookie mix
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed sugar cookies
  • 1/c. sprinkles plus extra for topping
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS

  1. Line a square 8×8 pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. If using aluminum foil, coat the foil in butter or spray with cooking so the fudge releases from the foil.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk over medium heat, stirring often to prevent burning, until hot. Add the white chocolate chips and stir until melted, about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the cookie mix, butter, and salt until smooth; remove the mixture from the heat. Fold in the cookies, sprinkles, and vanilla.
  3. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Top with sprinkles. Allow it to set up completely in the refrigerator before slicing, at least 2 hours.
