I received this recipe from a friend over 20 years ago. I just throw everything in a crockpot and have served it at community events, potlucks, or just for dinner. It so quick and easy and you can freeze leftovers.
INGREDIENTS
1 bag of frozen meatballs (original flavor, not Italian style)- use the large family size bag from Walmart
1 large container of sour cream
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of milk (about 10oz)
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook until meatballs are heated.
*Can also be heated in a pan on the stove or in the microwave.
Serve as a stand-alone dish or serve the Swedish meatballs over cooked egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.
