FOR THE CAKE
- 1 package devils food cake mix (or homemade)
- ingredients listed on cake mix box (usually oil and eggs)
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Reese's peanut butter chips
Make cake according to direction on box or by following recipe if making from scratch. Pour into mini bundt pans or use a regular bundt pan.
FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER ICING
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup of peanut butter powder (or 1/2 cup peanut butter)
- 3/4 - 1 cup of milk if using peanut butter powder (if using peanut butter, start with 1/3 cup milk and add more if needed)
Mix all ingredients and pipe onto cooled cake using a piping bag or Ziploc bag.
- FOR THE CREAM CHEESE ICING
- 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients and pipe onto cooled cake using a piping bag or Ziploc bag.
Top with chopped Reese's peanut butter cups.
