INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1-pound bag frozen tater tots

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly grease an 8- or 9-inch baking dish. Set aside.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Add the onions to the skillet and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes, until translucent.
  5. Add the cream of mushroom soup and green beans. Stir until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Arrange the tater tots over the top, covering the entire surface.
