BBQ meatloaf combines the comforting, hearty texture of traditional meatloaf with the sweet, tangy flavors of barbecue sauce, resulting in a savory and satisfying dish.


  • 2 pounds ground beef or pork
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup white onion, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup Barbecue Sauce
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup Barbecue Sauce for brushing meatloaf


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, onion, egg, ½ cup Barbecue Sauce, cheese, and seasonings in a large bowl. Mix until ingredients are incorporated.
  • Shape into a loaf on a shallow baking pan. Brush remaining ½ cup barbecue sauce over the top.
  • Bake until the minimum internal temperature is 165 degrees F in the center (approximately 45-50 minutes). Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
