INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds ground beef or pork
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup white onion, diced
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup Barbecue Sauce
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ cup Barbecue Sauce for brushing meatloaf
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, onion, egg, ½ cup Barbecue Sauce, cheese, and seasonings in a large bowl. Mix until ingredients are incorporated.
- Shape into a loaf on a shallow baking pan. Brush remaining ½ cup barbecue sauce over the top.
- Bake until the minimum internal temperature is 165 degrees F in the center (approximately 45-50 minutes). Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
