Christmas always puts me in the mood to make candy, and this festive treat is the perfect blend of creamy, crunchy, and cool. Smooth white chocolate is loaded with crushed Oreo cookies, refreshing peppermint, and rich Andes mints, creating a sweet indulgence that is both decadent and irresistible.
INGREDIENTS
- 16 ounces white chocolate
- 15 Oreos crushed and divided (save 3 for topping)
- 1/4 cup crushed peppermint and/or Andes mints chopped into pieces
- 2 Tablespoons milk chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line the bottom and sides of a 9x12 inch rectangle pan with parchment paper
- Place the white chocolate into a medium-sized heatproof bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring scraping down the sides after each increment, until chocolate is completely melted and can be stirred completely smooth.
- Crush 12 Oreos; stir into melted white chocolate.
- Spread mixture to 1/4 inch thickness onto prepared rectangle pan
- While still warm, sprinkle with additional crushed Oreos and peppermint pieces and/or chopped Andes mints. Set aside until hardened.
- Melt milk chocolate and drizzle over bark; let harden.
- Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
